About

While the mountains in western Maine are well known for outdoor recreation, scientists are also beginning to learn just how ecologically important they are. They're starting to document the role that small, high elevation lakes might play as climate change continues to impact the region. (It's important to note *humble brag* that it was a high of 6 degrees Fahrenheit, windchill in the negatives, when I went out and shot this video).
